Meat Fabrication: Advanced Knife Skills

Ready to move on from chopping vegetable and slicing fruit? This is an advance knife skills class designed to teach the basics of breaking down and portioning larger cuts of meat.  We will break down a whole chicken into 8-pieces add debone chicken thighs along with trimming, portioning, and tying roasts. Once the meat has been portioned with preparing two deliciously savory recipes.
