Catch of the Day

We will start with the basics and build your confidence on how to buy, store, and cook fresh seafood. The two-hour class will you creating mouthwatering mussel pots and cooking fish with finesse. Menu: Mussel Pots, Spiced Seared Tuna, Dashi Poached Salmon with Asian vegetables, and Pan seared sea bass in brown butter and caper sauce.  *fish selections may change based on available.
