These junior chefs will learn the skills to create a memorial brunch for mom. This class is for kids ages 9-12 who are comfortable helping in the kitchen and ready to create from scratch. In addition to creating scrumptious goodies, we will discuss following recipes, correct ways to measure, and how to properly handle food. Menu: Deviled Eggs, Ham & Cheese Quiche, Fruit & Yogurt Parfait with freshly made granola and cinnamon swirl bread.
