Comfortable with your basic cake and cookie recipe. Stretch your creativity and skills in this two-day course. Menu: Mirror Glazed Cakes, Chocolate Babka, Paris Bret (a ring of pate a choux filled with pastry cream), Layer Caked with Italian Meringue Buttercream, and Dark Chocolate Pot Du Crème.
