Catch of the Day: Summer Seafood

We will start with the basics and build your confidence on how to buy, store, and cook fresh seafood. The two-hour class with have creating mouthwatering mussel pots and cooking fish with finesse. Menu: fish selections will be based on market available.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email Chef@MintCulinary.com 24 hours prior to the start of class.  Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%.

No Show Policy: no refund will be given to cancellations without prior notice
