Want to chop, slice, and dice like a pro? Learn the basics of handling the kitchen's most versatile tool. This two-hour workshop is designed to provide an overview on how to select the right knife for the job, care for your knives and hands-on experience sharpening your culinary skills. All equipment will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email 24 hours prior to the start of class.  Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%.

No Show Policy: no refund will be given to cancellations without prior notice.
