What is “Keto?" An introduction to the ketogenic diet – Saturday 2/2/19 | 10:00am -12:00pm

There is more than bacon to the ketogenic (“keto”) diet. What does it mean to be keto? What are the benefits? What are the drawbacks?  This introductory class is taught by our culinary nutritionist and will discuss the keto diet as students prepare several dishes. Menu includes: breakfast quiche, cauliflower pizza, seared salmon with avocado salsa.

Registration cut-off date: 1/31/19

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email Chef@MintCulinary.com 3 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations received 3 days prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the start of class.
