Great ready to make some unforgettable summer pies. Understanding what makes a pie crust flaky and tender can be the difference between an amazing crust and a frustrating kitchen disaster. This class will focus on the tips and techniques for creating the perfect pie crust, while getting knuckle-deep in butter. Menu Includes: Basic Butter Pie Crust, Apple Galette, Seasonal Fruit, & Custard Pies.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email Chef@MintCulinary.com 3 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%. No Show Policy: no refund will be given for cancellations without prior notice.
