Learn the technique of making fresh pasta, and a grandmother approved red sauce. Menu: Semolina Pasta, Fettuccine Carbonara, Cheese Ravioli, 30 Minute Red Sauce, with Fresh Tomato Bruschetta.

Registration cut-off date: 4/22/19

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email Chef@MintCulinary.com 3 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations received 3 days prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the start of class.
