Introduction to the Vegan Diet - Friday 3/1/19 | 6:00 – 8:00pm

Beyoncé probably isn’t the only vegan you know these days, but what does it mean to be vegan? What are the benefits? What are the drawbacks?  This introductory class is taught by our culinary nutritionist and will discuss the vegan diet as students prepare several vegan dishes. Menu includes: Protein-packed burrito bowls, quinoa tabouli, chickpea curry, zucchini noodle cashew stir-fry.

 Registration cut-off date: 2/28/19

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email Chef@MintCulinary.com 3 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations received 3 days prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the start of class.
