Before the cookie plate is passed, arm yourself with tips and tricks to help you maintain your wellness goals during the holiday season. This class with discuss the cooking techniques to maximize nutrition and flavors, along with offering simple swap-out suggestions. Menu Includes: Roast Turkey, Butternut Squash Soup, Wild-Rice Stuffing, Sautéed Brussel Sprout Salad with Mustard Dressing, Cranberry Relish, and Tummy-Soothing Tea.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email Chef@MintCulinary.com 3 days prior to the start of class.  Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%. No Show Policy: no refund will be given for cancellations without prior notice.
