Learn the basics of handling the kitchen's most versatile tool and how to slice, dice, and chop like a pro. This two-hour workshop is designed to provide an overview on how to select the right knife for the job, care for your knives and hands-on experience sharpening your culinary skills. All equipment will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received via phone (814) 375-2750 or email Chef@MintCulinary.com 3 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations received 3 days prior to the start of class will be refunded 50%. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the start of class.
