Mint Culinary offers a variety of hands-on courses for all levels and interests. Classes are taught by trained culinary professionals who have fed their passion for food by studying international cuisines and training on classic techniques. Each class is designed for entertainment and education. Classes are typically 2-3 hours per sessions. All equipment, supplies, and aprons will be provided.
Tiny Chefs is a series of classes designed for eager little hands ages 6-8 and their parents. The two hour classes introduces the Tiny Chefs to the kitchen and engages them in preparing food the whole family enjoys. All Tiny Chefs must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire class.
Students are asked to wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and pull back long hair. All participants are required to fill out a waiver and release form. For students under the age of 18, a waiver form along with an acknowledgment of our allergy awareness notification must be completed by parents or guardians prior to participating.
